• Go To Blogger >> Template >> Edit HTML
• and search for ]]>

 

Right above it, paste this code: 

::-moz-selection  { Background: #EB7F17; color: #FFFFFF; text-shadow: none;    
}
 ::selection   { background: #EB7F17; color: #FFFFFF; text-shadow: none;    }

• Now make these changes:
• Replace #EB7F17 with the highlight color
• Replace #FFFFFF with the Font color. By default the font color appears white.
